Our objective is to encourage and foster people who are interested in human development and in exploring and creating culture, and who are enthusiastic in contributing to the vast issues concerning the human development that people must face today. Our education is implemented through the following three divisions: the Department of Human Development, acquiring the practical ability and attitude to understand human development thoroughly, and to support the development of independence; the Department of Cultural Exploration, shaping the awareness and pursuit of contemporary themes with extensive knowledge across various areas; and the Department of Sport and Arts, creating regional culture through sports and arts along with pursuing the physical and artistic possibilities.

Our duty is also to provide training for schoolteachers, other educational professionals of the new era who are expected to take an active part in various areas of society, and yet others who facilitate human development. The student can choose whether to take a teacher-training course for a teacher's license. Once the course is completed, the teacher's license can be obtained almost in the same way as in the former Faculty of Education, which was famous for its long history and remarkable results.

According to their awareness of the issues and requirements for the future, each student belongs to an appropriate Learning Class and can form Self Curriculum based on their own decisions. Multiple supporting advisors are available for individual students, so that both those who want to be teachers and those who want to pursue their careers in different areas can realize the most desirable framework for them to achieve their goals.
